ABOUT ALANA

MetaSleep Consulting was founded by Alana Metallo. Her passion for sleep came to fruition six months after her first daughter was born. Alana’s mental health was suffering from sleep deprivation. She was feeling frustrated after trying “all of the things” to get her baby girl to sleep. As a first-time mother, she felt discouraged about not being able to get her child to sleep well. Alana decided to contact a sleep consultant to help get things on track. It was the BEST investment she had ever made for her growing family! Alana became known among friends and family for offering support on how to get children to sleep. She loved sharing her knowledge and understanding of sleep to support others. Alana now has a more patient, happy and well-rested household – and you can too! 

Alana is an elementary school teacher, wife, and mom to 3 girls. She has over 20 years of experience in education from infants to teens. Being a sleep consultant has allowed her to combine her passion for working with families while teaching healthy sleep habits. 

Sleep training can seem like a daunting process. Alana’s positive, gentle and patient personality allows families from across the globe to trust her with the sleep of their children. She will cheer you on every step of the way to your newfound rested lifestyle.
